Airity LT

Daiwa's Airity LT is the first of the many news for 2021 by this famous Japanese brand. It combines the extreme robustness and retrieve quality of the MQ (Monocoque) concept with the LT (Light & Tough) design. Using an ultra light Zaion body in combination with the MQ concept, Daiwa engineers have managed to develop an extremely light and strong reel that guarantees extreme retrieve power and durability. The MQ design allows Daiwa to use a bigger rotor, improving rotation and increasing power. The body is protected thanks to the Magsealed system, that is a special membrane of magnetized oil (MagOli) that seals the opening from the body from which the pinion comes out. The Tough Digigear offers maximum sensitivity and guarantees a smooth and silky smooth rotation to feel even the softest touches. The spool used is the Long Cast ABS in aluminum which improves casting performance and the ATD (Automatic Tournament Drag) guarantees a gentle reaction to the initial stress, then progressively settles on the "brake" set. The ergonomic Hi-Grip knob allows a secure grip even with wet hands. With the new Airity LT series, Daiwa once again sets a milestone in reel development, which meets the highest expectations for both saltwater and freshwater fishing.
