Athlete 175

Jackson's Athlete 175 is a new long jerk produced in both Floating and Sinking versions. When designing a long jerk, it's necessary to solve the usual problem of stability during the flight of the lure. It's precisely here that Jackson has focused, studying a long jerk that maintains a stable flight attitude so as to avoid skidding in the air and guarantee long and precise castings. In the end it succeeded, so now you can reach extraordinary flight distances! No flickering will occur during flight, an effect eliminated thanks also to a particular Vortex Generator (VG) mounted on the lip which reduces the annoying effects of the air vortices around the lip during the cast. These are 4 ledges (2 per side), so the flight attitude is stabilized and the cast is very pleasant so that it can be used even during long fishing trips. During the Jackson tests, the average flight distance increased by 10.3% thanks to the installation of the "vortex generator". As the posture is stable, it will be easy to cast and use in difficult conditions, such as strong headwinds and you will notice the difference. His swimming is incredible! In fact it will be enough to perform a simple linear recovery to bring out the rolling action combined with the wobbling action which guarantees both a rotation on the bait axis and a well defined left/right wagging. Even if it looks like it could be a classic long jerk, the new Athlete 175 is really an innovative lure, different, to be used in any situation!
