How to order

Here is a practical guide to placing orders on the www.sergiopesca.com site:


1. Search for a product on the site
Conducting a product search is very simple, and takes next-to-no-time. You have three different options:
- Search using the menu: a menu search can be carried out in the dedicated field that you can see on the left of the site, either in the upper bar (if you are using a computer) or by clicking on the search icon (if you are using a smartphone).
- Keyword search: the search field is located at the top of the webpage and will allow you to search for products based on the product’s name, brand, category or product code.
- Search by fishing technique: this search allows you to filter the products based on your fishing technique. Just click on one of the two banners on the homepage (Sea fishing, Freshwater fishing) or in the upper search bar (Sea, Freshwater). A page will then open that will allow you to choose your preferred type of fishing and will then display only relevant products.


2. Add the product to the shopping cart
Once you have chosen the product, just click on the appropriate shopping cart icon to add it to your cart. You can decide immediately on the quantity to order, either increasing or decreasing the quantity within the cart.


3. Check and proceed with the order
Once you have chosen all of the products that you want to purchase, check that they are correct. If the products are right, click on “NEXT”, or on “CONTINUE SHOPPING” if you wish to add more items to your cart.


4. Registration or log in
At this point, the site will ask you to log in, if you are already registered or to register with the site, which will then allow you to access your profile, where you can check the order status, modify the products and trace your shipment.


5. Select the type of payment
Check that all of the details are correct and proceed with the order. Select the type of payment – bank transfer, cash on delivery (Italy only), PayPal or credit card – enter any voucher codes and confirm. At this point, an order summary page will open. If everything is ok, click on “CONFIRM THE ORDER”. You will then be sent an order confirmation. The order is complete.
