Caldia LT 2021

Daiwa's Caldia LT 2021 represents the new model of this famous spinning reel series! This new model features the use of two latest generation production technologies from Daiwa: the "Monocoque Body" and the "Zaion V". The Monocoque Body (MQ) is already present on models of higher price range and it's a monocoque structure, resistant to twisting and bending and allows the use of a larger rotor, improving rotation and increasing power. This system has been combined with the use of the Zaion V, a composite material based on carbon fibers developed to further improve the performance of the reels: it's as light as the Zaion and much more rigid and resistant to stress than metallic materials such as the DS5 and the DS4. In addition to these two fundamental characteristics, the new Caldia LT 2021 features Magsealed technology, which prevents water and dust from entering the reel body; the "Tough Digigear" gear system that allows you to maintain regular rotation for a longer period of time than normal; the ATD drag, fluid and "intelligent" and the LC-ABS spool, which guarantees very long casts, complete the primary characteristics of this new reel.
