Shimano's Curado DC is the new reel with a DC drag system and the lowest price in its class. The DC4 braking system helps the angler to cast and reduces kickbacks. The 6+1 ball bearings combined with the MicroModule make this reel incredibly fluid. Furthermore, the combination of the Magnumlite coil with the Superfree System and the DC4 braking system, allows the angler to aim for catch of sea bass, pike or pike-perch. The Curado DC can easily be called the best crankbait fishing reel in its category. In any case, since the introduction of the X-Ship, the reel is able to withstand high pressures for fishing with large preys such as pike.
