Shimano's Engetsu Doterra Baku Baku is a special tai kabura that is part of the famous Shimano "Baku Baku" family. With a slim profile, the Doterra Baku Baku has been specifically designed to reach the bottom quickly and is very easy to retrieve, making it ideal for deep water and fast currents. Compared to the classic model, it offers approximately 15% less drag, descends faster, and stays in the strike zone longer. This makes them perfect for deep water or when fishing in strong currents. The shape of the head also produces a complex flow of water behind the head, which in turn creates a unique fish-attracting action with the silicone skirts. It can be used vertically or semi-horizontally along the bottom with a lift and release technique.
