Fakie

O.S.P.'s Fakie is a particular metal jig developed mainly for Seabass Jigging in Tokyo bay and that anyone can use easily. The particular shape of the body allows you to quickly reach the desired depth, thanks to a center of gravity on the compact and thin tail and, during retrieve, the tapered body performs a wobbling action while crossing the current. This combined with many flashes that increase the visual appeal. The name "Fakie" comes from a backwards trick performed with a skateboard or BMX; in fact, the O.S.P. Fakie moves in a falling and rising spiral, generating a "fakie" towards the fish's mouth. It comes with a single assist hook at the head and a double assist hook at the tail. Furthermore, all its technical characteristics make it perfect for Super Light Jigging (SLJ), all you need to do is change the assist hook setting, positioning the double assist hook at the head and removing the one at the tail, to avoid snags.
