Itomaki Kojo IK500 ver.2

Dream Way's Itomaki Kojo IK500 ver.2 is the winding machine par excellence! Designed and produced in collaboration with Studio Ocean Mark, the IK500 ver.2 allows you to wind PE braid on the reel without damaging it, by applying constant tension. The design prevents braid from penetrating the spool, causing damage, and prevents frictional heat from building up, even if high tension is applied. It's equipped with two rings with SiC stone to reduce damage caused by heat. The excellent quality of the materials makes this spooling machine a perfect accessory from all points of view, ideal for all those who want the braided line to be perfectly spooled onto their reel.

How to position the PE braid:
1) insert it inside the first SiC ring;
2) pass it over the first roll;
3) pass it under the main wheel;
4) pass it over the second roll;
5) insert it inside the second SiC ring.

How to use it once the above procedure has been performed:
1) place the braided spool on one side (blocking it on the table);
2) place the reel on the opposite side;
3) adjust the tension of the machine using the central knob;
4) start spooling.
