HOT'S Keiko Ocean Chugayu is a big wooden pencil popper born under the supervision of Mr. Hideyuki Furuya called "Tuna Hunter". Made 100% in Japan with the highest quality materials, by jerking with the tip of the rod, it attracts thanks to its bubbling action and the sound on the surface of the water. The recommended action for the CHUGAYU is to perform a small darting action from side to side, giving a small blow to the line after a medium/strong jerk. If you are looking for Tuna, keep the bait still for a few seconds after the jerk. If you want to catch Amberjack, a retrieve method with short shots is more effective. It features a high-strength, highly buoyant natural wood body and 2.0mm through armor, handcrafted by Hideyuki Tanaka, a master craftsman of handmade lures. It's recommend mounting treble hooks #3/0-#5/0.
