Kanji International's Mikazuki is a series of rods for boat squid fishing. These rods were designed by Kanji International for Ika Metal, in particular to have maximum performance with the assembly called "Omorig" and allow for maximum sensitivity even with the use of heavy leads. Produced in two different models, with different lengths and weights, it allows you to select the correct action based on your needs. Unlike the classic Omorig rods which are for spinning reels, the new Mikazuki are for baitcasting reel. It features a carbon blank with 4-axis cross-wrapping which makes it thin, light, robust, improving use with heavy leads. The tip is very sensitive, orange in color with yellow ligatures for better visibility at night. The guides are Fuji K-R series with SiC ring and Titanium frame, while the reel seat is a Fuji customized for Kanji International with an elongated and split handle in a mix of black EVA and very high quality cork, which guarantees extreme ease of handling and high resistance to corrosion.

MIKAZUKI 604
This is a model specifically designed for the use of heavy leads (max. #50 - 187 grams), to be used when the current is rather fast. Equipped with a delicate tubular tip and it is also possible to visually detect delicate changes in current and touches. Applying a 4-axis carbon cross-wrap from the handle to the center of the blank, it provides moderate bending force and immediate action return force, with also the power to handle leads in current. Furthermore, thanks to the use of many small diameter titanium guides, it reduces braid problems and increases sensitivity, so as to have full control in any fishing phase.
MIKAZUKI 605
This is a specific model for catching even with very delicate touches with a baitcasting reel when using heavy leads (#40 - 150 grams) with fast currents. The delicate tubular tip allows you to feel any change in the tide and the touches of the squid. The 4-axis carbon is cross-wrapped from the center of the rod to the handle, drawing a smooth bend curve, improving restoring force and allowing for smooth retrieves even with heavy loads. Furthermore, thanks to the use of many small diameter titanium guides, it reduces braid problems and increases sensitivity, so as to have full control in any fishing phase.
