Kanji International's Omo Rig Sinker is a lead specially designed for the Omorig Ika Metal! The Omorig is a particular rig of the Ika Metal technique, which involves the use of a lead like this and an Egi lure type. As you can see in photo number 3, the lead can be connected to the triple swivel using a snap; a 1.5m piece of fluorocarbon is attached to the swivel and a snap is connected where an Egi can be inserted. The technique involves casting a few meters away from the boat and sinking the leader towards the bottom; in this way the Egi will have a slower and more natural presentation, attracting even the slowest and most apathetic squid.
