Megabass's Orochi X10 Casting is the version for baitcasting reels of the new series of Bass Fishing rods: OROCHI X10! The name X10 derives from the exclusive production process used for the production of the blank of the new Orochi, OROCHI X10 ORGANIC FIBER COMPOSITE BLANKS, or composite blank in OROCHI X10 organic fiber. These are the world's first Bass Fishing rod blanks made from specially processed organic fibers with cellulose microfibrils harvested from natural materials as the main blank material. The extremely high vibration dampening performance of this particular "X10" organic fiber suppresses blank blurring, stops instantly after casting, and exhibits zero-lag characteristics while using the rod. In addition, the "X10" organic fiber has high shock absorption from the outside and improves the rod protection performance, as well as being lighter than the conventional carbon blank. Since natural ingredients and natural materials are used with a high percentage of purity, the amount of carbon used during production has been significantly reduced. The reel seat is either an ITO ENGINEERING AIRY-FIT ERGONOMIC SEAT (IAS) or an ITO TRIGER SYSTEM ERGONOMIC CASTING SEAT (ITS) depending on the model. In any case, it guarantees perfect palming which eliminates fishing stress. The reel seat also features a particular and exclusive OROCHI ALMINUM MACHINE-CUT HOOD closure, produced in high-strength aluminum machined one by one from high-strength aluminum solid using a mechanical cutting production method. The production method of cutting from one piece by the "Megabass Rod Factory" has made it possible to create an extremely thin and light closure with highly resistant aluminum material, guaranteeing a perfect grip and a long life. Even the guides and bindings are very particular; the guides are the FUJI STAINLESS FRAME SiC-S mounted with a handcrafted ligature that is a real work of art. A beautiful shiny green tourmaline thread (in the lower part) and a shiny Dark Airforce (in the upper part) has been used, interspersed with a thin purple thread (KISHUBUSSIN-PURPLE), which make it extremely elegant.
