Poison Adrena Spinning

Shimano's Poison Adrena Spinning is the spinning reel version of the new POISON ADRENA generation! Since 2013 this series has rewritten the history of Bass Fishing rods, thanks to the collaboration with JACKALL and the Full Carbon Monocoque handle which has been further improved. By completely eliminating materials such as EVA and cork, which inhibit the transfer of vibrations, amplified sensitivity was achieved. With the new 2024 model the Poison Adrena features a further change, compared to the 2018 model, using an "open end" design without the handle cap. In this way, by eliminating superfluous materials that prevent the transfer of vibrations, a lighter weight and greater sensitivity has been achieved. The handle incorporates the Perfection Reel Seat Ci4+ for a comfortable grip. The guides feature the exclusive "touch free" X-Guide technology, with the first guide having a completely revised and redesigned shape which allows the line (whether fluorocarbon or PE) released from the reel to converge without hitting the guide frame or the blank. In this way the line is directed uniformly, significantly reducing problems during casting and further improving the flight distance. The guides used are Fuji SiC with stainless steel frame. For the blank, the new Poison Adrena is equipped with UBD design technology, which carefully selects the best material to guarantee maximum performance, incorporating Spiral X Core construction technology, inside the high modulus carbon blank, which gives Poison Adrena unprecedented resistance, without sacrificing lightness, reactivity and sensitivity. 261ML-S "Solid Tip"
A combination of solid tip and powerful blank for long casts of light baits such as down shots, Neko rigs, and insect-type worms. The solid tip (Taftec ∞) can flex without resistance when the Black Bass attacks in order to reduce the loss of bites.

266L "Versatile"
Very versatile model that can be used for all types of light rigs and light lures. The curve design that bends smoothly from the tip to the back depending on the load, improves casting and striking precision.

268M+ "Power Spin"
A robust and powerful rod for catching big Black Bass hidden in covers that cannot be accessed with heavy equipment, but only with approaches that can only be used with spinning rods. Its lifting power even surpasses conventional Bait Finesse tackle. Also usable for seabass fishing in rivers or lagoons.
