SHIPPING TYPES AND TIMESCALES

1. Shipping to Italy
The shipment will be sent on the day the order is placed (if received by 1:00pm) or the next day (excluding cases that have been agreed in advance). The delivery times vary from a minimum of 2-3 working days to a maximum of 5 (to the smaller Italian islands). In Sardinia, the delivery times are 1 working day (i.e. the delivery will be made the day after shipment).

2. International shipment
The shipment will be sent the day the order is placed (if received by 1:00pm) or the next day (excluding cases that have been agreed in advance). The delivery times vary depending on the destination and weight/size of the package(s) and will range from a minimum of 3 working days to a maximum of 8.

All orders paid for by bank transfer will be sent after the transfer itself has been received.

SHIPMENTS COSTS

1. Cost of shipments to Italy
The shipping costs for the whole of Italy are €8.90. Shipments are handled by the SDA and GLS courier companies, which are among the leaders on the Italian market.
The shipment is INSURED up to the time when the package is collected by the customer.
Shipping is free for shipments with a value in excess of €179.00.

2. Cost of international shipments
The cost of shipping to international destinations varies depending on the selected country. All shipments are entrusted to FedEx or UPS, two leading names in global shipping.
- ZONE 1 (€ 12,90): Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Eire, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Slovenia, Sweden, United Kingdom
- ZONE 2 (€ 17,90): Andorra, Greece, Ireland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway, Switzerland
- ZONE 3 (€ 22,90): France (Corse), United States, Canada   
- ZONE 4 (€ 27,90): Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia

*For shipments to small islands (such as Mallorca in Spain), we invite customers to contact us before placing the order, since the shipping costs may vary.
