Twin Power XD-A

Shimano'S Twin Power XD-A represents the new model of this saltwater spinning reel series. It's the strongest reel in Shimano's Magnumlite series. Specially designed for saltwater spinning, it allows use in all the most difficult and adverse conditions. The latest generation materials that have been used guarantee extreme sensitivity and resistance, to be able to fish in complete safety for prey such as Sea Bass, Barracuda, Bluefish, etc...

- Micromodule II: high precision gear with cold forging and extremely precise serration that guarantees an ultra smooth transmission;
- Silent Drive: the combination of the redesigned components with the extreme engineering generates a silent and very smooth retrieve, even under pressure;
- X-Protect: advanced protection system that increases the duration of the reel, even in the most extreme conditions;
- Hagane Gear: high precision gears with cold forging to ensure fluidity and extreme strength;
- Hagane Body: ultra light and extremely light metal material, guarantees the structural integrity of the gears;
- Magnumlite Rotor: rotational inertia is reduced and rotor stiffness is strengthened;
- Long Stroke Spool: higher spool than the previous model (+2.5cm in size 3000), which increases casting distances by 4%.
