Williamson's Typhoon was designed for boat fishing for big predators! Built to guarantee extreme strength and resistance without compromises, it's offered in a range of weights perfect for fishing in the Mediterranean and beyond. It features a strong carbon blank and spiral guides that distribute pressure evenly across the entire length of the rod so you can concentrate on the fight. It's equipped with SeaGuide Heavy-Duty guides that are very resistant and reduce line tangling and a Pacific Bay aluminum reel seat with EVA handle (upper part) and performance slick (lower part). Additionally, the top of the reel seat features a "Fight Control" recess that prevents the line from touching your fingers, even under extreme effort.
